With over 10 years experience in home renovations we have built strong relationships with many of the top sub-contractors and designers in the San Diego coastal communities. Rental Property Maintenance and Unit Turnover We have 2 to 3 crews who typically only work in Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and La Jolla. This gives us fast response times for scheduling and quick turnaround on projects including punch list maintenance work, complete unit renovations/upgrades, and business hours maintenance emergencies. 3. Commercial Tenant Improvements We work with commercial property managers (industrial, office and retail, etc.), designers, and tenants.
