Since 1977 David Goettsche has been building custom homes in the areas of Bent Tree, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Plano and the Lakewood area. David and his expert team stay on the forefront of homebuilding with knowledge of the latest innovative ideas for design elements, architecture, finishes, and decor. The Home Builder Association of Greater Dallas offers upper level courses for area homebuilders. David is a Certified Graduate Builder and is a Certified Green Professional. David and Desco Homes have also been awarded "D Home Magazine" Best Home Builder from 2005-2016.
