Desi Minds enables the South Asian (SA) community learn about their mental health & connect with organisations to support them. We recently launched our first online mental health course specifically for the SA community. Our aims - Through educational programmes both online & offline, enable the SA community to develop a strong foundation of mental health knowledge & know how to stay mentally healthy. -Highlighting and connecting the community with other SA mental health organisations that can provide culturally sensitive support and resources. - Create and share inclusive content which helps our community take practical steps to look after their wellbeing, as well as feel heard and represented.
