My past responsibilities included sales to CEO of corporations, owners, developers, overall project management, project estimating, contract writing, contract negotiations, labor negotiations, OSHA safety 10 hour, design build project, project scheduling, corporations profit & loss tracking scope document writing & reviews and employee hands on training. I have worked at the highest level of top producing companies at many levels in the construction industry. Owning a manufacturing company, carpentry contractor and owners representation. I also am an Illinois licensed real estate broker and commercial developer. I am a real relationship builder. I believe and base my business development plan on this principal.
