With over 20 years experience, I have a broad range of successful experiences in construction management, general contracting and design/build projects. I have demonstrated successfully the ability to work with customers and identify their goals and visions and apply construction milestones to complete a successful project. My past responsibilities included sales to CEO of corporations, owners, developers, overall project management, project estimating, contract writing, contract negotiations, labor negotiations, OSHA safety 10 hour, design build project, project scheduling, corporations profit & loss tracking scope document writing & reviews and employee hands on training. I have worked at the highest level of top producing companies at many levels in the construction industry. Owning a manufacturing company, carpentry contractor and owners representation. I also am an Illinois licensed real estate broker and commercial developer. I am a real relationship builder. I believe and base my business development plan on this principal. It is obvious that knowledge and skills are required to perform at the highest level. I am an expert in these requirements. I am fortunate enough to have spent years working along side an industry expert. I believe in mentoring success! We teach technique and skills, but relying on quality relationships and building a team is where continued success champions monotony.
