Design Group creates and invests in e-commerce companies in the Nordic Region. Through our Vulcan platform we seek to minimise the risks of internet and E-commerce entrepreneurship. Our focus is Home & Living, where we cater to women between the ages of 20 and 40. Our aim is to industrialise the process of getting a business unit to market, and through our platform effectively run and scale the business to profitability in the least amount of time possible. The Vulcan platform allows us to leverage our experience, software and network, which in turn gives us a key competitive advantage versus creating the business unit from scratch. In all the businesses I am involved in, we use data and experimentation to make strategic decisions and extract key insights.
