Developing the Design Mindset Detector™, a psychometric instrument that identifies an individual's or team's initial stance and facilitates the cultivation of a design-oriented mindset. The term "design nurture" means nurturing, cultivating the design process, as well as caring, encouraging and supporting development in the context of design.
