Design Think Labs is now: CX by Design.

At Design Think Labs we’re lucky to work with incredible people on truly unique initiatives. Training teams across disciplines to understand, appreciate, and practice human-centered organizational principles is a joy, and that’s not going away. In working with our clients over the past year, we’ve realized the need for more support from us outside the classroom. Businesses are realizing that being “human-centered” is more than just “customer-focused.” There is an urgent need to re-orient existing operations and internal systems to ensure that all people affected by a business – customers, employees, partners, and management – are empowered for success. To this end, Design Think Labs is morphing into CX by Design in order to accurately reflect how we serve our clients in ALL human-centered aspects: basic training for teams, strategy, implementation, and – most importantly – long term support as a trusted partner. Think of us as an expert SWAT team with an extensive arsenal of human-centered practices. As CX by Design, we partner with human-centered innovation champions to develop a lean approach that combines a visionary business strategy with human-centered thinking across your business.
