Design and Delivery Solutions have a breadth of experience in collaborating on accommodation strategies, assessing user requirements, developing appropriate workplace solutions, through to the on-site monitoring of those schemes in both new and refurbished buildings. Development of workplace strategies needs to anticipate who the client is, what they do and the environment in which their staff would like to work. The subsequent solution for the office environment needs to be inherently flexible to be able to contribute to the success of the company both now and in the future. Developing the appropriate project brief through analysis requires an appreciation that changing technology and workplace initiatives creates a need for an environment to match. As such, workplaces need to be adaptive and diverse, capable of responding quickly to the changing demands of corporate and individual requirements. Working closely with business groups of companies over the past 20 years has given our firm first-hand experience of those changing demands and a variety of business strategies. The fact that these strategies are constantly evolving has ensured that our approach to new ways of working, and solutions for workplace design, is as varied and flexible as businesses need to be.
