LEED certified with a specialty in Building Design & Construction, Tambi Kat acts as project director and primary liaison for all clientele related business pertinent to the project, while assembling the team consisting of the Project Manager, Carpenters and Artisans, Interior Designer, Technology & Systems consultants, sub-contractors and specialty trades. Our Real Estate Development arm allows DBe to provide Flagship Property Development services throughout the Tri-State area. We design and build state-of-the-art facilities and structures through a team approach delivered via our construction management services. DBe controls the entire process on behalf of the development team. Each project is unique and our approach to each project reflects the different challenges each site presents.
