Consulting and coaching on the innovative Design Thinking (DT) framework to enhance pharmacy practice transformation in all settings and/or build digital health solutions to current healthcare challenges. Unlike process improvement frameworks like lean six sigma, Design Thinking uses a human centered approach and empathy to design a process, service, or product that is not only efficient, but meets the emotional needs and desires of the user while being feasible and viable. Sarah R. Cox, Founder, has reimagined transitions of care services, defined value for ambulatory care clinical pharmacists, and is working with a team to break down communication barriers between external entities in healthcare that currently are siloed. She has coached over 400 individuals including interprofessional workgroups on advancing pharmacy practice.
