Lean In is a nonprofit organization and online community dedicated to helping all women achieve their ambitions. Design SG is a part of 'Women Who Design' and 'Women in Tech' chapters, and aims to connect and inspire the extraordinary, talented women who work (and consider a future) in the field of design in Singapore. We’re here to help each other grow, to stop second guessing ourselves, to realise that our confidence is deserved. By supporting each other professionally and personally, we want to change the numbers at the top—to move more women into leadership roles.
