Helping Northern BC families and their contractors build healthy and resilient homes to the Passive House standard or BC Energy Step Code.
We gained practical construction experience ourselves as owner/builders, and also completed multiple commercial renovations over the past 20 years. We became advocates for energy efficient building standards in 2015 after we lived in a LEED Platinum and Passive House certified demonstration home, as project caretakers for the City of Fort St Joh. Currently working with the prefab company Winton Homes Prince George to develop a prefab wall system to meet the requirements of Passive House and Step Code 5 in northern BC.
Our goal as consultants is to leverage our experience with the build process and knowledge of high performance standards to shorten your learning curve and save your project time and money.
