Designspec Limited is a professional consultancy Services Company incorporated in Kenya in the year 2010. The company currently has two offices, the head office is in Nairobi City and one other branch is in Nakuru town. At Designspec Limited we offer to our clients various consultancy services in the built environment industry including architectural design consultancy, Interior Design consultancy and Project Management consultancy services and are guided by the tenets , principles and regulations as laid out by the Architect's Registration board of Kenya and by the laws of Kenya CAP 254. At Designspec Limited we pride ourselves in our highly qualified and experience management and design team as well as highly qualified and committed technical and support staff to ensure that we deliver our services professionally, timely and that exceeds our client's expectations. We for the past three years have undertaken various projects countrywide of various sizes and types which are highlighted in this portfolio of our past and ongoing projects.
