We are a name synonymous with the end-to-end sourcing of high-end fashion clothing for global brands including Primark, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, ASOS, Next and River Island. We produce over 10 million sustainable garments annually across our global production plants in Sri Lanka and Morocco, headquarters based in Sri Lanka, with our Sales & Marketing hub in London. Our family of over 4,200 members are highly skilled through regular training, coaching and support – we all share strong relationships built on trust and transparency. We firmly believe in ethical business practice and as part of our strategy, actively address important issues incl. gender equality; the provisioning of fair, competitive wages; stringent health & safety standards; a zero tolerance policy on child labour; sustainable rural & neighbourhood development; and employee wellbeing wherever we operate – a solemn reflection of our values. With a stringent quality management system built in to every step of the manufacturing process, we make zero compromises on quality. We manage the sourcing process from A-to-Z: this is ensured through our client-centric approach to procurement from best-in-class ethical suppliers in consultation with our buyers, at duty-free rates, not limited to our many unique partnerships with fabric and trim suppliers around the world incl. our own trim-sourcing presence in China. All of this is assured by the various independent audits, compliance certifications and accreditations that we conduct regularly – operating in line with the principles of organisations such as the Better Cotton Initiative, Fair Labour Association, SGS Garments Without Guilt, Global Organic Textiles Standard, Sustainable Apparel Coalition, Higg Index, Sedex and SMETA whose ethos we strongly identify with.
