To stand up, move in every direction, target tight muscles through stretching and leave you more mobile and ready to take full charge of the rest of your day. For 30 minutes we aim to mobilise every joint in your body, stretch major and minor muscles and end the session with relaxation techniques. No need for gym wear, no need to leave the building we will come to you and help you feel less stressed, stiff and more productive!
