Our mission - To purposely interrupt your day at your desk. To stand up, move in every direction, target tight muscles through stretching and leave you more mobile and ready to take full charge of the rest of your day.
For 30 minutes we aim to mobilise every joint in your body, stretch major and minor muscles and end the session with relaxation techniques. No need for gym wear, no need to leave the building we will come to you and help you feel less stressed, stiff and more productive!

A 30 minute session costs £40 for a maximum of 10 people
This works out at £4 per person per week £16 a month
If you book a block of 4 sessions it will cost £150 which is £3.75 per person per week / £15 a month per person
