Destan Group has been formed to provide expert level recruitment services within finance and financial services markets. Operating UK wide, we partner with a select number of organisations we know and trust, supporting them as they recruit for key roles across their head office functions. With a background that spans both agency and internal recruitment we appreciate the world has moved on somewhat with how organisations source talent. However, we believe there will always be a need for specialist external recruiters and that by offering creative, bespoke solutions for a particular business with particular requirements we will continue to thrive.
