Destination CEO is a social enterprise driven by a single goal; to do our part in supporting Job Seekers, from all walks of life, pursue their dream careers, by engaging with businesses, not-for-profit organizations and academic institutions. Destination CEO officially launched in 2014, and has been successfully delivered within numerous newcomer and new-grad career programs within colleges, nonprofit organizations and featured on various platforms. Destination CEO’s strong partnerships with employers, help jobseekers build a foundation for lifelong success. Over 90 per cent of Destination CEO participants find employment within six weeks of the program, based on their involvement. Success History: Humber College .Net Bridging Program: 100% Employed Outcome for 3 consecutive years – 2011-2014 Humber College Information Technology Solutions: 95+% Employed Outcome for 5 years – 2012-2017 Humber College Enterprise Software Development: 90% Employed Outcome for 5 years Centennial College Computer Engineering Postgrads: 100% Employed – 2016 - 2017 Humber College Game Program: 100% Employed – 2015 YMCA Y-Connections: 300+ Employed – 2018 ======================= 6-Week Express Bridging Program started from September 2019. Our first challenge, 50 jobseekers, ended on Oct 31st, 2019, had 85% successful employment within 6 weeks of the program. Our current cohorts are consecutively at 70-80% employed within the first 4-6 weeks, for all those who participated. Destination CEO recently launched the Career Accelerator Program, completely online, and slashed the fees by 80%, to support the community of Job Seekers, during the challenging times of COVID-19. Destination CEO's Vision is to Empower Job Seekers with Tools and Connections to pursue their Dream Careers with Confidence.
