We are a women-led Arabica coffee producing company from Son La, the northwestern highlands of Vietnam. Our company is dedicated to producing high-quality coffee beans while promoting sustainable practices and gender equality in our workforce. Our commitment to carbon reduction and sustainable coffee farming is at the forefront of our operations. We use agroforestry intercropping Arabica coffee, macadamia, avocado, and lumber trees in Son La, Vietnam as a method of not only increasing yields but also creating biodiversity and reducing carbon footprint. Our company is constantly researching and co-introducing with international organizations, climate resilient F1-hybrid coffee varieties to ensure the future of coffee production. We pride ourselves in being a female-led company, and we are committed to fostering a work environment that promotes gender equality.
