The company started its operations in Jan 1991 with general products like antipyretics, anti-inflammatory, antibiotics and vitamins etc. With the growing number of pharmaceutical companies DJPL has successfully remained at the forefront modifying its overall philosophies with time.
DJPL is the first pharmaceutical company to start technological collaboration in Nepal. In 1995 it strengthened its technological capacity at par with international standards by starting Technological Transfer Agreement with Renata Limited, Bangladesh which was formerly Pfizer Laboratories Bangladesh Limited.
The product range of DJPL includes from general products to cardiac, anti-diabetics, nephrology, gynecological and dermatological medicines.
