The Devarcon Consulting Guild (DCG), also known as Devarcon, an emerging consulting guild from India since July 2020. We started with an IT/Software Consulting as our core line of consulting business. The firm is recognized by "Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India". We believe any business growth or business transformation cannot be achieved without two Key elements of an organization - "the people" and "the technology". The technology can not alone be "the knight in shining armour" if we do not have right people with right skills and right practices. That being the point, we have initiated HR and Softskills consulting line of business. We are the guild of individual consultants having an experience and expertise in the respective streams of work to scale the help that you need. We are "any-workplace" consultants and have "Fix & Flex" model of augmenting teams. We work either from your office, co-working space, or home. We drive your initiatives, take consulting assignments and work/partner with you and/or your team.
