Devbridge Foundation

Our mission is to drive drive measurable improvement in quality of life, access to knowledge, and economic growth for Lithuanians across the globe. The origin of the foundation traces its roots to 2008, a year in which Devbridge, a professional services firm, started its operations in Chicago. After opening offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the team at Devbridge saw an opportunity to strengthen the skillset of university students by offering a highly competitive, free to attend academy (Sourcery Academy) that enabled participants to apply their skills to real world challenges for US clients. The program produced over 2,500 graduates over the course of last ten years. The professional services company Devbridge was acquired by Cognizant in 2021. Wishing to continue the mission, the eight founders of the business established the Devbridge Foundation in 2023 and donated 8M EUR as starting capital for the organization.
