Develop Inclusion

As business psychologists with decades of experience in diversity & inclusion, we came to the troubling realisation that the standard approach simply isn’t working. Our thinking on the challenge was back to front. Leading with ‘diversity’ and hoping for ‘inclusion’ was at best inefficient and at worst ineffective. It was, in fact, inclusion that was the key. Leading with ‘inclusion’ and achieving ‘diversity’ as a natural outcome was the way forward. We focus on inclusion because: Inclusion can be directly linked to measures of business success. Inclusion does not focus on differences; it focus on experiences. Inclusion benefits everyone, but particularly those who are most excluded. Inclusion attracts, supports and sustains greater diversity. Ultimately, inclusion is the key to better companies. And by better, we mean happier, more productive and profitable companies. This is why we do what we do.
