Best Practice Training and Development Ltd, (www.bestpracticeuk.com) was founded in 1997 to promote excellence in customer contact and service leadership. Since then, we have become established as a training provider for adults and young people with a primary focus on Employability skills, knowledge and delivering programmes to enhance opportunities to access to world of work. Our programmes include up-skilling of functional and key skills, confidence building, linking employers to programme participants, work experience opportunities, community programmes, return to work programmes to build confidence and fill gaps to the employment market. Our Community Learning programmes deliver improved skills and confidence and help improve employment opportunities. We are an approved Apprenticeship provider and have delivered successful programmes for many small and large organisations. We deliver distance learning programmes provide flexible learning opportunities in a wide range of subject areas for individuals - whether employed or seeking work. Although the head office is based in Watford, Best Practice have recently built in geographical delivery by joining with ex-members of very experienced delivery staff from Developebp (Bedfordshire) who have successfully delivered many BESS programmes throughout Central Bedfordshire and would like to continue this delivery offer.
