We're here to address teacher mindset because social emotional learning is learned behavior. We're passionate about helping new teachers find their way through the good, the bad, and the ugly. Developing Heroes provides professional development, keynote addresses, and coaching support services for whole schools, principals, teachers, support staff, and district level leadership. We focus on the following areas: Quality teacher retention and recruitment, classroom engagement, culturally responsive teaching, social emotional learning, equity, and school climate.
