The DEVELOPMENT project aims to provide solutions that address challenges at national, European, and global levels through the development of an innovative dynamic demand forecasting system using machine-learning algorithms. At the same time, it quantifies the added value of dynamic demand forecasting on the cost of supply chains by utilizing appropriate operations-management algorithms, thus enhancing the efficiency of supply chains for small, medium, and large enterprises. The focus is on implementing a service that can be used without significant investment costs by SMEs.
