DevelopKenya.com (DevK) tracks developmental change in Kenya, looking at how changes affect the people, country, region and continent. In particular, DevK focuses on economic, political and social developmental changes. Tracking Social Development By following formal and informal institutions that promote the equitable and sustainable development of the Kenyan people. From NGO’s to civil society to the private and public sectors, we highlight the various ways these institutions contribute to a significant transformation of Kenya. Tracking Economic Development Vision 2030’s goal to transform Kenya into a middle-income country is economic in nature. We therefore track the economic development milestones achieved by Kenya in an effort to become an emerging market. Tracking Political Development As Kenyans, we are proud of our country, and continuously fight for a truly democratic system that respects the rule of law and protects the internationally recognized rights of the individual. Under Vision 2030, political development is a founding pillar under which certain goals have been set in order to achieve an accountable, democratic governing system. In support of this, we track political transformation within Kenya’s governance system.
