Devore Marine Inc. provides quality “boutique” ship management services of the highest standard to owners of oil tankers and bulk carriers, acting as a consultant on new building contracts and construction, on docking and repairs, and as a provider of equipment and paints for the marine industry, also provides support to owners of mega and classic yachts. --------------- We were founded originally in Athens as Aries Shipping Co. Ltd. In 2004, managing self-owned oil and chemical tankers and, as a third-party, dry bulkers. In 2010 Cosmos Ship Management & Brokering JLT, a boutique ship management and broking firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE was founded. Then in 2013, as the company’s European business took precedence, Devore Maritime Inc., was established in Greece and continued with self-owned chemical tanker operations. In 2023, as the Company, in addition to third-party ship management, became involved in raising venture capital, providing marine equipment, marine paints, and repair and newbuilding services, continued operations as Devore Marine Inc., with activities in the marine industry spanning two decades. Devore Marine Inc (DMI) activities include new building specification review and selection of makers, new building construction supervision, secondhand tonnage profiling, acquisition, ship management (technical, crew, and commercial), shipping fund asset management, COAs, ship chartering and joint ventures.
