Devotio Capital Management, The Real Estate Private Bank®, is a real estate investment manager with a new approach to serving domestic and international ultra-high net worth’s and select family offices and RIAs (“UHNW”). We are an ‘outsourced family office real estate team’ executing optimal investment strategies designed, directed and structured for investors. Devotio was founded to address two fundamental problems facing UHNW real estate investors: (i) short-term hold, high fee structures ill-suited to the asset class, and (ii) ‘one size fits all’, indirect fund products. What we provide is fundamentally different: i) generational perspective, ii) highly tax focused and efficient, iii) collaborative and direct, iv) investor retains discretion. Devotio delivers a dedicated, institutional real estate investment capability without the cost of directly hiring, managing and paying for it. We work with UHNW to execute both comprehensive strategies and discrete investing programs (QOZ, Green Buildings, GP platforms). Devotio allows UHNW to efficiently invest spanning domestic markets and real estate asset classes.
