The wine house "DЭV's" was officially founded on February 20, 2017, and offers bottled grape wines to supply the wine market with original examples of high-quality, in-demand, and exclusive products. Our wines are not widely available on the market as they are boutique organic products, and currently, we offer organic red and white wines: Madrasa and Rkatsiteli. Madrasa red wine is made from the grape variety of the same name, "Madrasa," which is native to Azerbaijan. The wine has a very expressive pomegranate color with a ruby hue. The combined aroma of fresh strawberries, as well as cherries, is complemented by characteristic spicy nuances of this grape variety. Rkatsiteli is a white wine made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety. It has a color ranging from light golden to golden. The aroma is floral and spicy with honeyed notes, and the taste is full and harmonious, with a piquant bitterness in the aftertaste. in 2023, "DЭV's" introduced wines made from the Merlot and Bayanshira grape varieties. Merlot is well-known and loved by many, with its homeland being Bordeaux. Bayanshira, on the other hand, is an autochthonous variety, meaning Azerbaijan is its historical homeland. Wines from these two varieties will be ready just in time for the New Year's table for "DЭV's" wine lovers. "DЭV's" wines are successfully collaborating with a number of restaurants in Baku, and high consumer ratings allow us to predict the possibility of forming stable demand for our products in connection with the growing interest in organic products on the market. The wines are supplied in 750 ml glass bottles produced in Russia, sealed with French corks.
