Founded out of the Cluster of Excellence UniCat DexLeChem is a high-tech startup specialized in homogeneous catalysis. Looking from the perspective of Green Chemistry, the company provides innovative solutions for the chemical-pharmaceutical production leading to considerable competitive advantages. Our portfolio ranges from process optimization to the development of new routes of synthesis.
By applying an agile project management tool (Scrum) development times are reduced by up to 30% compared to conventional development projects. This ensures fast, competent and customer-oriented solutions presented in ready-to-implement reports. Our interdisciplinary team currently counts twelve employees. The company’s headquarters is located at the CoLaborator in the heart of Berlin.

Additionally, we offer a licensing opportunity for the metal-free and highly chemoselective reduction of nitro compounds to amines (WO 2014/037444 A1) as green alternative to traditional methods.
