Dezire Project Consultant (DPC) is a financial consultant of the construction industry and our training and experience qualify us to advise on cost and contractual arrangements; and to prepare tender procurement and contract documents. DPC acts in conjunction with the Property Development Managers, Architects, Consulting Engineers, other Professional Consultants and Contractors to safeguard the Client’s interest.
