DTS proudly offers four areas of testing: ADHD, Autism, IQ and Personality Testing. We are also currently in network with the following insurances: BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and Tricare. Personality Testing includes ADHD and covers a much wider spectrum of diagnosing, such as if there is an anxiety disorder, bipolar, PTSD, etc that may be contributing to present day issues. This type of testing includes about 2 hours’ worth of personality testing, a detailed report and a follow up feedback session (as well as any conversations that need to be had with doctors, family, etc for more information). In total, this is about 3 hours. ADHD testing takes about an hour and includes the interview, three assessment measures and two detailed reports (one short and one long, depending on what the need is). We also go over the results. For Autism testing, we provide the ADOS-2 and utilize two clinicians. One is the observer and the other is the administrator so that there are two people confirming the diagnosis. The ADOS-2 is a thorough evaluation that helps inform a diagnostic determination. The ADOS-2 is considered the gold standard of autism assessment and is a series of social interactions and activities designed to detect the presence of autism spectrum disorder. Autism testing takes roughly 2 hours and includes the interview (with guardians/client), a detailed report and a feedback session. For IQ testing, one of our trained clinicians will meet with you to engage in a series of tests designed to measure four specific domains of intelligence: verbal comprehension, perceptual reasoning, working memory, and processing speed. An overall IQ score is also provided.
