DG Components Ltd is a UK-based leading electrical manufacturing company that specialises in the production of copper bus bars, earth bars, copper laminates, copper braid, braided copper links, solid copper links and earth straps.
With over 25 years of experience, DG Components relies on building close relations with its customers to deliver a quality product at a competitive price and rapid turnaround.
We manufacture all of our products in house using the latest in CNC production machinery. This enables us to provide a very fast turnaround, consistently high quality products and we can also produce non-standard sizes rapidly. We carry stock of all standard size earth bars for immediate delivery while also being able to manufacture bespoke and specials to meet client deadlines with a minimal lead time. We can also manufacture a variety of bespoke products such as switch gear, special busbars, copper laminates and copper connector blocks. We tailor our services to the individual needs of our customers.
All of our earth bars are manufactured from high purity C101 copper, complete with brass nuts and bolts to ensure that each product meets our rigorous quality criterion. Every earth bar is mounted on a robust, precision cut galvanised section which ensures that every earth bar will offer years of top-quality service.
Our electical earthing products are used both nationally and internationally.
