In my humble opinion, a good consultant is not someone who has a degree or certification in consulting. Can that help, of course. But the real value is in the path they've walked. I've had the privilege of doing some pretty amazing things in my professional career and along the way, I've had to endure some pretty difficult situations. My experience is something I love leveraging as I help others navigate the pathway of becoming a great leader or a successful entrepreneur. I don't start with my ego, because that doesn't help anyone, I start by listening, observing, and finally, and most importantly, being honest and doing everything I can to help.
