The 'Defence General Management Programme' is a six month full-time management programme for the Armed Forces Officers seeking the metaphorical new oceans after having hung their boots from years of service. Helping this transition is the Business management course at the Country’s top management institute, Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow . The participants of the course are Officers from the Indian Army, Navy and the Air Force hailing from diverse domains with rich career experience and transferable skills.
