With 20 plus years of experience our goal is to manage the project so that it finishes on schedule and within budget, while still meeting building codes, plans and specs. By outsourcing these responsibilities to a highly skilled consultant, the business owner can focus more on growing the business in other avenues as well as managing other aspects of their business plan. The target customers for DH Management Services are residential builders, small to medium retail firms without a construction department/staff, commercial property owners/managers in need of consultation in space planning, construction management, and project coordination. In our other division as Capstone Rail of TN we have designed a turnkey process for multi family homes doing professional takeoffs, project management that is second to none, start to finish of the project. We precise measure during construction, we fabricate 90% of our product from Vista Pro Railings prior to even getting to the job site from our plant in Lebanon, TN. That means no managing or storage of material on site, less time on site, and little risk of damages or other delays that cost you time and money.
