Digital Health Procurement - Our team have lead small to medium procurement processes healthcare organisations that are looking to implement digital software into their organisation. - We have developed the requirements and managed the process for procurement including vendor engagement, evaluation, contractual negotiation to successful agreement. Digital Health Implementations - We are the implementation partners for several product development organisations. We partner with you to implement the solution and (where required) can provide additional support post go-live. We will liaise with the product development company on your behalf and develop key requirements for enhancements with you. - Our team have been implementing digital health solutions across small, medium and large healthcare organisations for over 15 years. We are well equipped to support you in implementing any solution you are considering. Digital Health Education and Training - We have been working in the Digital Health education sphere for a number of years both in education development and delivery of digital health. We can create bespoke courses on Digital Health for your organisation or partner with Universities to deliver this for you. Bryan Macdonald, is the Director and Principal of DHIT Consulting who has over 20 years working in the digital health ecosystem both as a software vendor and client. He has a Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Information Technology (Business Intelligence), and completing a Juris Doctor (February 2024).
