DHM Mortgage Servicing

Summary DHM Mortgage Servicing (“DHM”) is the whole loan asset manager for C12 Capital Management LP (“C12”). DHM’s goal is to produce excess returns through a component mortgage servicing structure that is well documented and risk managed. Through the component structure DHM focuses on direct borrower loss mitigation negotiations and also on the surveillance of sub-servicer administrative functions. Specifically, DHM provides the following services for C12 managed assets: 1) Direct loss mitigation negotiations with borrowers who are 60 days late or at risk of imminent default 2) Oversight of loan sub-servicer and REO sub-servicer for all administrative functions 3) Integration of all servicing data into one DHM database that serves as the base for modeling, reporting to C12 and investors, surveillance reporting for DHM use, and populating loss mitigation software for DHM asset manager use 4) Due diligence of acquisition pools for C12 managed funds 5) Post closing acquisition work
