I'm an ordinary person sharing how I have innovatively successfully built and operated 8 businesses, whilst being a Mum and Wife. I love what I do and I have loved what I have done for 40 years and this is defining my ideas and developing them into businesses. These businesses have taken me around the world many times. I'm often referred to as an Innovation Catalyst, really I mentor, empower and share what is working and what has worked for me and my students. My students are people who have coaching roles, mentoring roles, in corporations, and in their own businesses. I operated a Coaching Academy with my own Proprietary Processes and Material long before coaching was known as anything other than coaching football. I have worked with companies such as Epiroc, Chesterton, Atlas Copco, Caltex, BP, Crown Casino, AMP, and hundreds of small to medium business owners and their teams.
