DI plan d.o.o. projektni je ured unutar DOMinvest grupacije, imamo dva specijalizirana tima: DI arhitekti i DI statik. Naši arhitekti na temelju vizije iz idejnog projekta razrađuju potpuna rješenja u glavnom projektu suradnjom stručnjaka iz područja arhitekture, statike, strojarstva i elektrotehnike. Naši inženjeri specijalizirani su za izradu statičkih proračuna konstrukcija (projekata konstrukcija) i izvedbenih projekata konstrukcija (planovi oplate i planovi armature), koristeći BIM metodologiju u projektiranju. U DI planu postavljamo standarde projektiranja, inspiriramo i potičemo naše klijente, partnere i stručnjake da inoviraju s nama i implementiraju napredna znanja u projektiranje. U radnom okruženju DI plan potičemo stalno učenje s ciljem jačanja pozitivnih promjena, kao i izvrsnosti stručnjaka u svijetu arhitekture i građevinarstva. Pratimo naše klijente od samog začetka projekta do njegovog kraja, svaki od njih za nas je novi izazov kojem se maksimalno timski posvetimo, a kao nagrada iza nas svakim danom ostaju zadovoljni klijenti i partneri te projekti kojima se možemo pohvaliti. Naš je cilj promijeniti građevine kojima smo okruženi i u kojima boravimo prosječno 13 sati dnevno. Želimo utjecati na kvalitetu mehaničke otpornosti i stabilnosti građevina i na taj način direktno poboljšati kvalitetu življenja.
