DIAB Engineering provides industrial maintenance and fabrication services to the mining industry and operates at multiple locations throughout Australia. In addition to two fabrication workshops in Australia, DIAB Engineering maintains staff and permanent mining maintenance services operations at remote mining sites. Founded in 1970, in Capel, Western Australia, the name DIAB comes from the first letters of the founders’ names – David and Anne Payne; and Ian and Betty Shields. In 1976, DIAB Engineering relocated its primary maintenance and fabrication facility to the Geraldton area. Experienced, quality employees ensure that projects can be completed on schedule and in short time frames at mining industry locations throughout Western Australia. DIAB Engineering has a qualified team with experience in mining maintenance, mining operations and industrial fabrication. DIAB has experienced staff specialising in engineering design, fabrication, project management, construction, mining maintenance, manufacturing, electrical, rubber lining, crane hire, equipment hire and transport.
