Diablo Engineering Group is a Civil Engineering company that was founded as a California corporation in 2014 by Jennifer Harmon, PE and Garrett Gritz, PE. Jennifer and Garrett collectively have over 50 years of experience and have been collaboratively working side-by-side together for more than 20 years. Services provided are primarily associated with planning and design of public transportation infrastructure improvements, with a special emphasis on delivering expert project management and program management services to public agencies throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Jennifer and Garrett have vast transportation planning and final design experience, including extensive FHWA and Caltrans processing, complete street designs, and supporting the preparation of environmental compliance documents. Foundational to the services provided by Diablo Engineering Group is delivering clients with exceptional personal service and completing each assignment within the established schedule.
