We're a two person computer services consultancy (Jon and Barbara Diamond) based in East Sussex, England. We provide consultancy services in a number of management and technical specialist areas. These include: Technical Architecture Design and Implementation Technical Consultancy and Management Project Management IT strategy Performance Consultancy, Modelling and Management Performance and Capacity Testing Quality Assurance IT procurement Contract and Commercial Management, including training IT Standards Consultancy We also undertake software analysis, design and development; primarily using the M[UMPS], Caché and VBA programming languages as well as Fortran, COBOL etc. We've also developed a number of small websites, including this one: http://www.tunbridgewellscroquet.org.uk We have more than 70 man years of experience in the IT industry, the majority of this time working for Capgemini in a variety of development and management roles.
