Diamond Fields Resources Inc, formerly Diamond Fields International Ltd is Canada based company engaged in mineral exploration in Namibia, South Africa, Madagascar and in the Red Sea. The primary focus of the Company is the development of marine exploration and exploitation. It is engaged in the development of project, mining lease (ML) 111, which consists of an offshore marine diamond property in a mid-water concession off the coast of Namibia. Its marine diamond and precious minerals mining licenses in Namibia include ML111, ML138 and ML139. It holds interest in Atlantis II project in the Red Sea between Saudi Arabia and Northern Sudan. The Atlantis II basin is situated on the axis of the Red Sea ridge complex at a depth of over 2, 000 meters, over 115 kilometers west of Jeddah. Its Valozoro nickel deposit is located over 60 kilometers north of the town of Fianarantsoa in south central Madagascar.
