The Diamondize (A- Alpha) Professional Sealer had been reformulated in late 2010 for much higher durability with increased abrasion resistance. We have modified the polymer base by forming cross-linking (bridges) between individual polymer chains through a new VC process. This creates a much stronger bond with increases durability. The product is anti-static and hydrophobic with a contact angle over 103 with full application to glass substrates. This imparts better tensile strength, increased abrasion resistance and optimized dynamic properties. Also through SPTRA analyses shows added clarity - (through light transmission) of up to 2.65% excellent for Solar panel applications. Since its release in December 2010 the DXP has had nothing short of rave reviews amongst applicators and end users. With warranty tracking of over 1,500 registrants with 100% complete satisfaction remarks.
The new name is DiamondizeXP. Attributes; faster bond with a full hardening at 24 hours, easier to apply with no hard haze. DiamondizeXP comes with a life time warranty with proper maintenance protocol. The DiamondizeXP can be used as a single application or as a base coat for the Liquid Diamonds (B) universal top coat.
MicroMED manufactures the Diamond Seal Systems product line since 1996 and is offering the DiamondizeXP with special considerations to OEM, dealers and distributors. P.L. and J.L. options are available to qualified companies.
