DIASPORA COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES (DCSS) Diaspora Community Support Services is a UK based international agency established in 2012 to work with international institutions seeking to provide resources, skills and training for the Diaspora Communities and their countries of Origin. DCSS has three key areas of Focus; 1. Short Term Training and Continuous Professional Development DCSS is a distinguished Short-term training & Continuous Professional Development training organisation with highly qualified professional trainers. DCSS also has a wide range of partners including Universities such as University of West of Scotland, Colleges and is part of Skills Development Scotland’s ITA and Apprentice programs. We have an active presence in Europe, Africa and Asia and have partners all around the world. Our courses are geared towards employability and enterprise development. Trainees get what it takes to find new jobs, improve their career prospects or change to a more attractive profession. We are ITA approved and therefore eligible trainees can have their costs covered by Skills Development Scotland if eligible. We offer in-house training for care homes, retail outlets, charities, local authorities both in the Private and Public Sector. DCSS seeks to support everyone in the Diaspora to provide professional initiatives to transfer valuable skills, knowledge and industry practice in a standardized manner. We offer programs focused on combining the theory of latest industry and public-sector standards with hands on experience to provide you with an all-round learning experience. 2. Student and Professional Recruitments Services. DCSS provides specialist recruitment services taking you on the full journey of career guidance, University application process for international students planning to study in the UK and other international Universities. This includes professional registration with various bodies like the Nursing and Midwifery Council. We also help students select universities of their choice that fits their careers, providing latest information for universities and on courses available in those universities. Our Mission is to guide, counsel and assist university entrants into higher education institutions worldwide. We work with Universities internationally to recruit academics mainly for African and Indian Universities from the UK. We also offer support in Visa applications, post study work and work permits and Enterprise Visa applications. 3. Wealth Creation and Wealth Management. At DCSS we offer specialist added-value services within the areas of wealth creation, wealth management and business management.
