DICT Laguna is one of the provincial offices of DICT-National Government (a DICT LC2 Field Operation Office); thus an extension to serve the people of Laguna. Our main purpose is to cascade and coordinate different projects and programs from DICT Luzon Cluster 2 Office in the whole province of Laguna. We also promote “DICT of the people and for the people”. Our practice upholds a purposeful approach to our work, achieving decisive and unambiguous results. Our assertive standing of bringing the digital divide is the result of goal-oriented diligence. It is this thoroughness that allows us to say we are not opinionated; we are right. PILLAR 4 - VOICE YOUR OPINION OF AUTHORITY The Department of Information and Communications Technology shall be the primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing, and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the government that will plan, develop, and above all promote the national ICT development agenda.
