With a whole lifetime of experience pushing the envelope in Tool & Die and designing of Metal Stamping and Mechanical Design I feel the need to continue my work. And with experience in:
1. Blank and Form, single and multi station dies
2. Single and multi station draw dies
3. Progressive blank and form dies
4. Cam dies for both pierce and form
5. Dog leg dual action cam with positive return forming a full 360 degree
parts in one stroke
6. Progressive dies using cam tracks and driven arbors to form 360 degree
parts
7. Changeover dies for single and multi station, as well as progressive dies
8. Special machines for CNC driven TIG welding
I just feel that there is a definite void in this field and in the coming years bringing manufacturing back home to this great country, I can contribute my part in helping out.
