Abdulaziz A. Albakr, President & Managing Director owns 50% of Digicom shares, and Essam A. Albakr, Vice President owns 50%. The President & Managing Director, Abdulaziz A. Albakr leads the management team. Following an organizational restructure on mid- 2004. There are now nine Strategic Business Units (SBUs) under three divisions– Applications Engineering Division (AED), Networking Division, and Technical Assistance & Service Center Division (TASC), each with its own Manager. Two corporate departments consisting of Corporate Finance; Corporate Human Resources; Corporate Purchasing; Corporate Sales and Marketing support the SBUs. A Shared Services organization became operational in 2004 to provide additional services to the business.
