Digicon is a manufacturer of large range of High Frequency Welders for PVC coated fabrics, Hot / Cold Bar Welders for PTFE / Silicone coated fabrics, Automatic Keder manufacturing machine.
Welders are programmable with touch panel display and available in Stationary, Travelling and Suspended Models. The Power Outputs available are from 5KW to 40KW.
Stationary Welders have throats of two sizes, Standard and Deep Throat. The Deep Throat size 1.2m x 600m is most liked by manufacturers having of large jobs.
The Travelling Welders have tables with three sizes of troughs. The Super-Trough has great advantage in welding needs of large jobs
The Suspended welders are available in Statioanary, Travelling Straight and Travelling X-Y. The Travelling X-Y is unique concept best used for projects that need complicated and specialised welding with membrane firmly placed in one position.
The Hot / Cold Bar Welders are available in high height and low height models of welding lengths 600mm or 1200mm. The low height models mounted on tracks make it travel for large jobs.
The Automatic Keder manufacturing machine is dedicated to manufacture keder of all sizes without any operator help. The machine boasts of high quality keder output and unattended manufacturing.
Digicon machines are designed by highly qualified engineers from India's premier world renowned institution IIT and post-graduates in engineering from USA. The machines are exported to over 26 countries and have CE approved.
